Barbara Joan Hendrickson

Barbara Joan Hendrickson, 73, of Shelbyville died Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2010, at Major Hospital. Born Aug. 23, 1936, in Columbus, she was the daughter of Joseph and Madeline (Graham) Waldkoetter. She married Randall Hendrickson on Aug. 29, 1954, and he survives. Other survivors include her sister, Janice M. Smith of Shelbyville. She was preceded in death by her parents. Mrs. Hendrickson was employed by the state of Indiana for 35 years as a secretary for the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission, retiring in 2006. No public visitation or services will be observed.
