Brian L. Robinson, 51, of Shelbyville, passed away, Thursday, June 6, 2013, in Shelbyville.

He was born July 11, 1961, to Samuel Robinson and Phyllis (Hall) Robinson in Shelbyville.

Survivors include his mother of Greenfield; three daughters, Alisha (husband, Clay) Ayers of Greenfield, Ashley (companion, Joshua Richards) Robinson and Amber Robinson, both of Shelbyville; two grandchildren, Jayden Ayres and Rylan Richards; sister, Karen (husband, Richard) Willitf of Greenfield; brother, Ricky Robinson of Vera Beach, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews.

Brian attended New Palestine High School. He was self-employed as a drywaller.

He was a very unselfish and giving person. He would do anything for his girls and grandchildren. Brian enjoyed listening to music.

His pain is over and he is resting in the arms of his Creator.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, 2013, at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service & Crematory, 703 S. Harrison St., Shelbyville, IN 46176.

Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Edwin Mohr officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made for funeral expenses in care of Murphy-Parks Funeral Service & Crematory.

Funeral Directors Greg A. Parks, Sheila J. Parks and Stuart H. Parks are honored to conduct the services for Mr. Robinson.

Family and friends of Brian Robinson,

Please know you are very much in my thoughts and prayers. My prayer is for the LORD to comfort each of you and protect you, lead and direct you. I pray HIS mighty hand uphold you and bring your through this. May HE strengthen each of you with HIS love, mercy and grace and may many loved ones come forward to help and support you in any way that may be needed. I pray for shoulders to cry on and to lean on, comforting stories to be shared, hands to help and to hold, words to heal and comfort you and GOD and HIS Holy Spirit to help you in every way you need.
