April, Eddie, Morgan and Emily,

It has been a long and hard fought battle for Bill as he has gone through everything with his illness, and you have been there supporting, caring and helping him every step of the way. Your cares and compassion with both of them has been inspiring and wonderful! I am sure he was so very proud and humbled for all that you did for him. You are all in my prayers as you work the next steps and grieve the loss of him going to his heavenly home. He will look down on you all with smiles and thanksgiving, as he walks around whole and unbroken. Big hugs to you all. Take care! Love, Amy

To the family of LCDR Bill Morgan,
Please know that I am praying for you all in this time of reflection and loss. I was blessed to have known Bill when he worked at Naval Air Warefare Center and I will always have fond memories of his huge smile and laugh. He was a dedicated patriot and always performed his duties with excellence. Fair winds and following seas always.

All of the Morgan Family,
I have just been informed of LCDR Morgan's (Wild Bill) passing. I worked in a cube next to him, ate lunch with him every day, and talked about his Navy years at the Naval Air Warfare Center, Hughes Electronics, and Raytheon. My fellow Chief's and Officers at the Naval Airwarfare Center talked him into having Navy Retirement Ceremony for which he thanked me many times over. The Navy and I have lost a a Great Shipmate.

I was very sorry to learn of Bill's passing. He was my assistant maintenance officer on the USS Peleliu. He was the best assistant I ever had, and he was instrumental in making that Peleliu tour the best I had. He will be sorely missed. Hang in there, Matt
